If you need to report a transaction.
Open your Kuda Business app
On your dashboard, find and tap the transaction in question
Tap "Report this transaction"
Tell us what went wrong with the transaction by choosing from the options.
Give us Additional Information on the transaction and tap Next.
We'll raise a dispute, and our resolution team will reach out to you.
Report an Unauthorized Transaction?
To Report an Unauthorized Transaction;
Open your Kuda Business App.
On your dashboard, tap the transaction you want to report.
Tap the Report Transaction button and select Unauthorized Transaction as the reason for reporting the transaction.
Give us Additional Information on the transaction and tap Next.
We'll raise a dispute, and our resolution team will reach out to you.
Report a Transfer to a Wrong Account
To report a transfer sent to the wrong account;
Open your Kuda Business App.
On your dashboard, tap the transaction you want to report.
Tap the Report Transaction button and select I Sent Money to the Wrong Account as the reason for reporting the transaction.
Select the Correct Bank you want to send money to
Submit the Correct Account Number you wanted to send money to
Give us Additional Information on the transaction and tap Next.
We'll raise a dispute, and our resolution team will reach out to you.
Check the Status of a Reported Transaction
To check the status of a raised dispute;
Open your Kuda Business App.
Go to the More page and tap Get Help.
On the Get Help page, tap the Dispute History button to see a list of the disputes you’ve created, along with their statuses.
When a dispute is resolved, it will be updated on this dispute history page.
We prioritize transaction reports and aim to respond within one business day.
