1. What is an invoice?

An invoice is a document that lists what a customer is paying for and the amount due.

2. What Payments methods are available?

Customers can pay via Card and PayID (auto-settled) or manually confirm payments made by cash or bank transfer.

3. Can I send reminders for unpaid invoices?

Yes! you can easily send reminders to help you follow up on pending and overdue payments.

4. How are payments reconciled?

Card & PayID payments are tracked and settled automatically, while cash & transfers require manual confirmation.

5. How can I track my invoices?

Go to Collections > Invoicing, then tap on an invoice to see its status—paid, pending, or overdue.

6. Can I pull products/service from my inventory?

Yes, Invoicing 2.0 lets you select items directly from your inventory for faster invoicing.

7. Does Invoicing 2.0 support recurring invoices?

Not yet, but stay tuned!

8. How do I mark an invoice as paid manually?

For cash or bank transfer payments, confirm receipt and update the invoice status on your dashboard.

9. Can i resend an invoice to a customer?

Yes! Just share the payment link and PDF again.

10. Can I edit a sent invoice?

No, but you can create a new invoice with the correct details.

11. Is there a limit to the number of invoices I can create?

No limits! Send as many invoices as you need.
