1. Can I own the POS device after leasing it?
No. Leased devices remain Kuda’s property and must be returned when the lease ends or if terms are not met.
2. What happens if I miss a monthly payment?
We’ll retry payment daily for 7 days. If it still fails, we’ll arrange to retrieve the device.
3. Can I cancel my monthly lease anytime?
You can request cancellation, but it will only take effect at the end of the 12-month contract. Note that the monthly payment continues till the end of the contract.
4. What happens if I don’t use the POS often?
For upfront leases, you’re expected to process at least ₦100,000 monthly. If usage is consistently low, the device may be retrieved. Note: Meeting the transaction limit monthly covers you, and you can continue to use the POS as long as you want.
5. How long does delivery take?
POS devices are delivered within 2 working days after payment.
6. Where is delivery available?
Delivery is currently available only in Lagos.
7. Can I have multiple POS devices?
Yes, but only one active monthly lease (One device) is allowed per business.
8. Is insurance compulsory?
Yes, for leased devices. It is optional only if you buy the POS outright.
9. What happens after I pay?
Your request is created instantly, and you’ll receive updates as your device is prepared, delivered, and activated.
10. How can I send my faulty POS device for repair?
A: You can send your faulty POS device to us in one of the following ways:
Contact sales agents (the person who delivered the device) via phone, email, or chat.
Request retrieval through our customer support channels via email [email protected] or chat with us in-app so we can arrange to collect the device.

11. What happens if my POS device is faulty?
If the issue is minor and can be fixed quickly, we will repair the device. However, if the problem is serious and will take more than a week to resolve, we will replace the device. This ensures you are not left waiting long for a resolution.
