To track your card request:
1. Open the Business App and tap Card at the bottom of your dashboard.
2. Tap Track Card.
Delivery Status
Order Received
This means your card request has been submitted successfully.
Order Processing
This means your card has been sent for production.
Printing Card
This means your card is currently being produced and personalized.
Card Ready For Pickup
This means your card is ready and will be assigned to a delivery partner soon.
