Expense cards are special debit cards that businesses use to manage and track spending. They're linked to specific accounts or budgets, making it easier to control costs and see where money is going in real-time.
Kuda's New Expense Cards: Taking Control of Your Business Spending
Managing your company's expenses just got easier. Kuda's new expense cards for sub-accounts are here to help you keep a tight grip on your business finances.
Here's what you need to know:
One card, one purpose: Each sub-account gets its own expense card. This means you can dedicate cards to specific departments or projects, making it simpler to track where your money's going.
Real-time updates: No more waiting for end-of-month reports. You'll get instant notifications whenever a card is used, so you always know what's being spent and where.
Easy to manage: Request and control cards right from the Kuda app. It's straightforward and saves you time.
For full businesses only These cards are available exclusively for registered businesses, not individual accounts.
Admin control Only admins can request or manage these cards, ensuring you maintain oversight of your company's spending.
One physical card per sub-account You can have one active physical card for each sub-account at a time.
Visa cards only For now, all expense cards will be Visa cards.
