How to Request a Reference Letter for Your Kuda Business Account
You can request a reference letter in one of three ways:

In-App Message: Use the Kuda Business app to send an in-app message.
Phone Call: Call us at 07000CALLKUDA (0700022555232) any day of the week between 8 AM and 5 PM.
Required Information for Your Request
To process your request, please provide the following:
Details of the Recipient: Include the exact details of the person or office to whom the letter should be addressed. For example:
The Consular General,
British High Commission,

Identity Verification
Record a Selfie – We'll ask you to take a short video or photo selfie in a well-lit environment so that your facial features are clearly visible.
Provide Your National ID Number – We'll need your your NIN (National Identification Number) or BVN (Bank Verification Number) for this process as well.
Important Information
Fee: A charge of N500 applies for the issuance of a reference letter. Please confirm your consent for this fee to be debited from your account to proceed with the request.
Delivery: The completed reference letter will be sent to the email address registered on your account.
For a Physical Copy
Pickup at Our Office: You may pick up a physical copy at our office located at 1-11 Commercial Avenue, Sabo, Yaba, between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
Third-Party Pickup: If you would like someone else to pick up the letter on your behalf, please provide their details. The designated person must bring a valid ID for verification when collecting the letter.
Reasons for Denial
Please note that requests for a reference letter may be denied for the following reasons:
The account is less than six months old.
The account has restrictions.
The account has an active overdraft.- The account balance is less than ₦1,000.
