Looking to boost your sales with easy payment solutions? Let's walk you through requesting a POS for your Kuda Business account. We've got two options to fit your needs - Virtual and Hardware. Here's how to get started:


On Your Kuda Business Mobile App:

  1. Open your Kuda Business app and tap the "Collections" tab at the bottom.

  2. Find the "POS" option - it's your gateway to accepting payments via card, bank transfer, or USSD.

  3. Tap on "POS" and you'll see two choices: "Physical POS" and "Virtual POS".

On Your Kuda Business Web App:

  1. Log into your Kuda Business web account and check out your dashboard.

  2. Look to the left and click on "POS" in the sidebar.

  3. You'll see an overview of your POS activities (if you have any) and an option to request or manage POS devices.

  4. Click on the option to request a POS.

  5. Just like on your mobile app, you'll get to choose between "Physical POS" and "Virtual POS".

Virtual POS:

  • This is a dedicated account number for your business or specific locations.

  • Every time a customer pays, your sales team gets an instant notification.

  • It's perfect for quick confirmations and keeping track of transactions.

  • You can set up multiple team members to receive these notifications.

Hardware POS:

  • These are physical devices we'll provide for your business.

  • They're designed to handle card payments and transfers quickly and reliably.

  • Ideal if you're dealing with customers face-to-face and need dependable, speedy transactions.
