Items are the sellable goods and services that make up your product catalog.
Before You Begin
You have two options for creating items:
• From the Kuda Business web application
• From the Kuda Business mobile application
When you add, update, or delete an item, the changes will reflect in Sales Mode—our Point of Sale (POS) solution.
Item Information
When creating or editing an item, you can provide the following details:
• Name: The name of the item.
• Unit Price: The price charged per unit of the item.
• Category (Optional): Items can be grouped into categories.
• Description (Optional): A short, one-line description of the item.
Creating and Editing an Item
Kuda Business Web Application
1. Sign in at business.kuda.com and click Inventory.
2. Click Add.
3. Enter the item’s information, such as its name and unit price.
4. Set up any additional item features and click Add or Save when finished.
To delete an item from your Item Library:
• Click on the item’s name.
• Click Delete Item.
Kuda Business Mobile Application
1. Open the Kuda Business app and tap Hub in the tab bar.
2. Tap Inventory > Items.
3. Tap Add to create a new item, or select an existing item to edit.
4. Enter the item’s details, including name and unit price.
5. Set up any additional item features and tap Add or Save when finished.
To delete an item from your Item Library:
• Tap on the item’s name.
• Scroll down and tap Delete Item.
