POS Statements and Settlement Report

Never wonder where your money went again. With the new POS and Settlement Report, you can see every sale that comes through your POS machine in one simple report.

Track each transaction, check if your records match, and quickly sort out any customer issues. You'll get a clear breakdown of every payment and fee, so you always know exactly what you've earned.

To Get Your POS Statement

  1. Open “Transaction History”
    From the main menu on your POS, tap Transaction History.

  2. Tap the download button
    From the Transaction History page, tap the Download icon at the top right.

  3. Tap “POS Statement”
    Under the Settlement and Statements section.

  4. Pick a date range

    • Tap Start Date and choose when the statement should begin.

    • Tap End Date and choose when it should end.

    Tip: If you picked dates earlier on your Transaction History, they will appear here automatically.

  5. Choose format
    Pick if you want the file as PDF or Excel.

  6. Tap “Get”
    Tap the Get button at the top right.

  7. You’re done!
    Your POS Statement will be downloaded to your device.

To Get Your Settlement Report

  1. Open “Transaction History”
    From the main menu on your POS, tap Transaction History.

  2. Tap the download button
    From the Transaction History page, tap the Download icon at the top right.

  3. Tap “Settlement Reports”
    Under the Settlement and Statements section.

  4. Pick a date range

    • Tap Start Date and choose when the statement should begin.

    • Tap End Date and choose when it should end.

    Tip: If you picked dates earlier on your Transaction History, they will appear here automatically.

  5. Choose format
    Pick if you want the file as PDF or Excel.

  6. Tap “Get”
    Tap the Get button at the top right.

  7. You’re done!
    Your Settlement Report will be downloaded to your device.
