Throughout the application process, you'll be asked for a series of documents to prove the validity of your company. Follow the on-screen instructions in the application carefully to understand what is required for each specific document.

Here's a guide to the documents you'll need to open an account with us, depending on your business type:

1. Corporate Current Accounts (Ltd/PLC)

- Certificate of Incorporation

- Memorandum and Articles of Association

- Form CAC 2.3 (Particulars of Directors)

- Form CAC 2 (Particulars of Shareholders)

- Board Resolution authorizing account opening

- Valid NIN (National Identification Number), proof of address, and BVN for all signatories and at least two directors

- Tax Identification Number (TIN)

2. Sole Proprietor Accounts

- Business Registration Certificate

- Valid NIN (National Identification Number), proof of address, and BVN for proprietor and signatories

- Tax Identification Number (TIN)

3. Partnership Accounts

- Certificate of Registration

- Partnership deed (if available)

- Valid NIN (National Identification Number), proof of address, and BVN for all partners and signatories

- Tax Identification Number (TIN)

4. Club, Society & Association Accounts

- Registration document (if applicable)

- Constitution of the organisation

- Resolution authorizing account opening

- Valid NIN (National Identification Number), proof of address, and BVN for at least two trustees and all signatories

For all account types:

- We'll need to see original documents where possible

- Non-Nigerian residents will need to provide a valid residence permit

- Some businesses may need to provide additional licenses or certificates
