Good news! Your Kuda POS terminal comes ready to use right out of the box. Here's what you need to know about its SIM card:
It's Already Set Up
Your terminal comes with a pre-configured SIM card
The SIM card is already loaded with data
How to Know It's Working
Turn on your POS terminal
Look at the top of the screen
You should see '4G' or 'LTE' displayed
That's it! There's nothing else you need to do with the SIM card.
What If You Don't See '4G' or 'LTE'?
If you're not seeing a network connection:
1. Try restarting your terminal
2. Make sure you're in an area with good network coverage
3. If you're still having trouble, reach out to our support team
Remember: You don't need to buy a separate SIM card or data plan for your Kuda POS terminal. We've taken care of that for you!
