Your customers can pay invoices directly from their bank account using the 'Pay with Bank Transfer' option. It’s quick, secure, and helps avoid card limits or extra fees.
Each invoice has unique payment details, so payments are automatically matched and reconciled to the correct invoice.
How to Pay
Open the invoice link and choose "Instant Bank Transfer" from the payment options (Kuda Pay ID, Instant Bank Transfer, Debit Card).
A page will show with the bank name and account number to send the funds.
After sending the transfer, tap “I’ve sent the money,” then confirm payment. If the amount is correct, confirmation usually happens within seconds.
You’ll see a confirmation message, and both you and your customer will receive an email.
