Auto-Sweep automatically moves money from your POS Account to your main Business Account on a schedule you set. It saves time and helps you access funds faster for daily operations.
Who can use Auto‑Sweep?
Full Business accounts
Merchants who own a Kuda POS
Set up Auto‑Sweep
Open your POS Dashboard and tap Sweep.
Choose Auto‑Sweep.
Select the POS Account to sweep from.
Select the destination account to receive the funds.
Set your schedule:
Frequency: Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly
Start date
Time (optional)
Confirm. You’ll see a message that your auto‑sweep is set and will run at the scheduled time.
Manage your Auto‑Sweep
Go to POS Settings to:
Pause or resume an active auto‑sweep
Edit frequency, date, or time
Delete an existing schedule
Delete an Existing Auto-Sweep Schedule
Go to the POS settings page
Find the auto-sweep schedule you want to delete
Select the delete option for that sweep schedule
How to Set up One-Time Sweep
Open your POS Dashboard and tap Sweep
Choose One-Time Sweep
Select the POS account to sweep from.
Select the destination account to receive the funds
Enter the Amount
Tap on Sweep Money
