Team Banking lets you invite people you work with to your Kuda Business account, so they can help you run your business. Unlike joint accounts, which are unavailable in the regular Kuda app, Team Banking offers a structured way to collaborate. You control what each teammate can see and do, so there is no need to share passwords or switch devices.
Team Banking operates on a role-based system to ensure clear and structured access to account functionality. The roles include:
Viewer: Can only view account activity.
Initiator: Can initiate transactions for approval.
Approver: Can approve transactions initiated by others.
Who can use Team Banking?
You can use Team Banking if you have:
A CAC-registered business (Freelancer accounts cannot add teammates)
A fully approved Full Business Account
Note: Only the Business Owner (Super Admin) or an Admin can invite and manage teammates.
