How to get your account statement on Kuda Business

Need a statement for your business records or tax purposes? You can easily request one right from your Kuda Business app. Here's how:

  1. Open your Kuda Business app

  2. Tap the "More" icon at the bottom right of your screen

  3. Select "Statements & Reports" from the list

  4. Tap "Request Statement"

  5. Choose your source account from the dropdown menu

  6. Set your desired date range:

    1. Enter the start date (should be earlier than the end date)

    2. Enter the end date

  7. Select your preferred format (PDF or Excel)

  8. Tap "Get" at the top right corner

Your statement will be processed, and you'll see a confirmation screen with a checkmark saying "Sent!" and "Your statement is on its way to your inbox."

After requesting your statement, please note that:

  • Transactions made on the same day may take a few hours to reflect on your statement.

  • Pending transactions may not appear until they are fully processed.

Remember:

  • Make sure your email address is up to date in your account settings

  • If you don't receive your statement:

    • Check your spam or junk mail folder

    • Verify that your registered email address is correct

    • Allow for possible delays due to server or network issues

  • For security reasons, we can't send statements to email addresses that aren't linked to your account

  • Allow sufficient time for recent transactions to process before generating a statement
