If your transfer fails, there’s no need to worry. Most failed transfers are automatically refunded to your account.

1. Check the transaction status

Open your transaction history in the app and tap the transfer to see its status.

Common statuses include:

  • Failed – The transfer didn’t go through and the money will be refunded.

  • Reversed – The refund for the failed transfer has already been returned to your account.

  • Processing/Review – The transaction is still being checked by the team.

2. Wait for the refund

If your transfer failed after your account was debited, the amount is usually reversed automatically.

  • Refunds may take up to 24–48 hours for the refund to reflect.

3. Confirm the beneficiary details

Before retrying the transfer, make sure:

  • The account number and bank name are correct.

  • The recipient account can receive the amount sent.

  • Your transfer limit and account balance are sufficient.

4. Try the transfer again

Once the refund has been completed, you can attempt the transfer again.

5. Contact support if the refund is delayed

If the transfer failed and the refund hasn’t returned after the expected time:

  • Open the transaction in your app and report it, or

  • Contact support through the in-app chat with the transaction details.
