How it works
1) Request a statement
Open Kuda Business
Go to Statements
Choose the account (if you have multiple)
Pick your statement period (start and end date)
Choose your format (PDF or Excel)
Submit the request
2) What emails you’ll receive
After you request a statement, two emails are sent automatically:
A. Email to the requester (statement attached)
You’ll receive the statement in your inbox as an attachment.
B. Email to the business email (notification only)
Subject: Bank Statement Request Notification
Contains details like:
Who requested the statement
The statement period
What to expect (important notes)
The business email does not receive the statement attachment — it gets a notification only.
If you don’t see the statement email, check Spam/Junk/Promotions folders and try again.
If you didn’t request a statement and you think this was done by someone else on your team, reach out to your business admin.

Why did I receive a “Bank Statement Request Notification” email?
It means someone on your team requested a statement for your business account, and we’re letting the business email know for visibility.
I’m the business admin. Can I get the statement attachment too?
Not with this version of the feature. The statement goes to the requester. The business email gets the request notification.
I requested a statement but didn’t get it
Check your Spam/Junk/Promotions folders
Make sure you still have access to the email on your account
Try requesting again
