Keeping your account secure is important, and regularly updating your password is a great way to do that. Here's how to change your password on Kuda Business:
Open the Kuda Business app
Tap "Change Password"
Enter the email address you used to create your account
Check your email for a password reset link
Click the link or copy and paste it into your browser
Create a new password • Make sure it's at least 8 characters long • Include at least one number
Tap "Reset"
Confirm the new password with your 4-digit transaction PIN
If you've forgotten your transaction PIN:
Tap "Forgot Transaction PIN?"
Enter your date of birth and the phone number on your account
Tap "Reset"
After resetting your password, you'll get a confirmation message. You can then sign in to the app or web platform with your new password.
Remember, you can also change your password at business.kuda.com if you prefer using a computer.
