Keeping your account secure is important, and regularly updating your password is a great way to do that. Here's how to change your password on Kuda Business:
Open the Kuda Business app
Tap "Change Password"
Enter the email address you used to create your account
Check your email for a password reset link
Click the link or copy and paste it into your browser
Create a new password • Make sure it's at least 8 characters long • Include at least one number
Tap "Reset"
Confirm the new password with your 4-digit transaction PIN
If you've forgotten your transaction PIN:
Tap "Forgot Transaction PIN?"
Enter your date of birth and the phone number on your account
Tap "Reset"
Troubleshooting a “Validation Error” During Password Reset
If you see an error message like “Validation error,” it may mean the Date of Birth entered is incorrect. Please share a screenshot of the error along with the Date of Birth you provided.
We’ll verify your account ownership and either confirm the Date of Birth on your account or compare the one you shared with the record linked to your BVN. If the details match, we’ll update your Date of Birth so you can complete your password reset.
After resetting your password, you'll get a confirmation message. You can then sign in to the app or web platform with your new password.
Remember, you can also change your password at business.kuda.com if you prefer using a computer.
