Keeping your business contact information up-to-date is crucial. If you need to change the email address associated with your Kuda Business account, follow these simple steps:
Open your Kuda Business app
Tap the "More" icon at the bottom right of your screen
Select "Account Details" (it's the first option, showing your business name)
Look for the option to edit your business email address
Tap "Edit Business Email Address"
You'll see your current business email address displayed
Enter your new business email address in the "New Business Email Address" field
Tap "Save" or "Continue"
We'll send a verification code to your new email address
Check your email and enter the verification code in the app
If you don't receive the code, tap "Resend Code"
Once you've entered the correct code, tap "Confirm"
You'll see a confirmation screen with a checkmark saying "Done" and "You have changed your business email address"
Remember:
Choose an email address you check regularly
Make sure you have access to the new email address before making the change
This email will be used for important account notifications and statements
