The Kuda Business app is designed to give you the best banking experience on your smartphone. Here's what you need to know about device compatibility:

Where to Download

  • Apple App Store (for iOS devices)

  • Google Play Store (for Android devices)

Android Devices

  • Compatible with Android 5.0 (Lollipop) and above

  • To check your Android version:

    1. Go to Settings

    2. Scroll to "About phone" or "About device"

    3. Look for "Android version"

iOS Devices

  • Works on iOS 12 and higher

  • To check your iOS version:

    1. Open Settings

    2. Tap "General"

    3. Tap "About"

    4. Look for "Software Version"

Huawei Devices

  • Kuda doesn't officially support Harmony OS

  • You can download the app on Harmony OS 1 or 2, but:

    • You may experience issues

    • We can't provide full support for these devices

Using Unsupported Devices Some features may not work properly on unsupported devices, especially:

  • Taking selfies for identity verification

  • Recording videos for identity verification

Workarounds for Unsupported Devices:

  1. Borrow a supported device temporarily:

    1. Sign in to complete identity verification

    2. Sign out and return to your device

  2. Use the Kuda web app for full functionality

Remember: For the best Kuda experience, we recommend using a supported device whenever possible.
